Pin Grading Guide✿

Standard Grade

☾Standard pins are the highest quality I offer. Since they are handmade, they may have minor imperfections. Examples of expected Standard Grade imperfections:​

• Small marks, scuffs, or scratches on metal/enamel

• Small specks, pores, or bubbles anywhere on the pin

• Darker flecks of glitter (on glitter pins)

• Slightly misaligned screenprinting (on screenprinted pins)

B- Grade

Can have small flaws that are slightly noticeable compared to standard grades

C- Grade

More visible flaws compared to B grades like deep scratches.

Seconds

Seconds pins have very noticeable flaws such as 

• Obvious overflowing enamel fills

• Very large smudges and/or staining

• Completely unfilled areas

• Very low fills in larger or visually important areas

• Loose posts/backings
